Today is our 8 year anniversary, and I couldn't think of a better way to spend the day with James. Working on the farm. Next pictures will be of the greenhouse construction. Stay tuned.
WOW!! You guys have done a great job with the house..doesnt look like the same one we visited. I liked the pic of James on the tractor...with the very blue sky! I'm sure you guys must be very busy but I know you are excited to know that the crop is all yours..from seeds to crop to market(or your table) Keep us posted when you get the time. I grew up in the small town of Willcox, with 5 sisters and one brother at the end of the line. My parents operated a "u-pick" vegetable farm-where my love for the outdoors and growing things began. After high school, I moved up to Tempe to attend ASU. That is where I met my husband, James. We were married in March 2002 and both are amazed and happy to have found someone with such similar personalities and interests. In 2010, we are starting our own organic farm-Whisper Hill Farm. We will be growing all kinds of veggies, herbs, and cut flowers too. We are looking forward to creating a lifestyle that is sustainable and one that we enjoy.
